Credit Union, Four Commissioning Projects at Four Locations in Three States

  • Touchstone Engineers led onsite commissioning of the newly built out 185,000SF Arizona operations center including a call center and four IDFs.  Equipment included a parallel 2MW Cummins standby generator system, ten Asco ATSs, switchgear, 2N redundant refurbished Mitsubishi 270kW UPS systems, a water-cooled chilled water plant with water-side economizing, VAVs, FCUs, split systems and a BAS.
  •  Touchstone Engineers led onsite commissioning of an upsized replacement standby MTU 500kW generator, Asco ATS, permanent load bank and switchgear in the Northwest US.  An existing fire pump performance was validated with the new generator.
  •  Touchstone Engineers led onsite commissioning of the newly built out California operations center, including a server room.  Equipment included a 450kW Cummins standby generator, Eaton ATS and a redundant Emerson UPS system.
  • Touchstone Engineers led onsite commissioning of the newly built out 24,000SF facility with a 5,000SF data center and call center in Arizona.  Equipment included a Cummins 1.75MW standby generator with an Asco closed-transition ATS, switchgear, 2N redundant Toshiba 500kW UPS systems, busway, six Emerson DX cooling units, a Carrier RTU and BMS.
